Each handle of the Jump Rope has a unique Ball Bearing structure which gives this rope a fast friction free spin. The ball bearing system will allow for multiple unbroken skip sessions with ease!

Easy and fast to adjust using two sliding screws and collars that sets the handles at a specific length on the cable. Excess cable length can be cut off and covered with the included rubber caps.

Most jump ropes have small screws to adjust rope length requiring a screwdriver to tighten, but not the Temple Tape Speed Jump Rope. We specifically manufactured it with larger screws that you can adjust with your fingers to cut out the hassle!
