Most, if not all of us, are stuck at home during this sad time that is upon us, and that includes most of our fitness instructors that we usually see at the gym. However, this is no excuse to sit on the couch all day and be inactive for the next few weeks. We have to keep our heart pumping and our sweat flowing to feel as normal as possible! Exercising during this time is imperative to keep you healthy and keep your endorphins, the hormone that makes you happy, flowing through your body. So here's a list of seven gyms who are amazing enough to offer free or nearly free pre-recorded or even live workouts from the comfort of your home so that we can all go on practicing social distancing while staying in shape. Your Temple Tape gear will keep you comfortable while working out at home and wick the sweat away!

They are then saving their Instagram lives as anIG TV so that you can watch and follow along at whatever time is convenient for you. SolidCore is a pilates studio that offers 50-minute classes that claim to be unlike any other pilates workout you've ever done before. They say “What makes us so different? We put you through 50 minutes of slow and controlled Pilates-based resistance training to break down your slow-twitch muscle fibers. Why? Because science shows that this is the most effective way to create long lean muscle tone.” They have studios located all around the US.
Since they had to close most of their studios, they are offering classes on theirInstagram live stories every day and then uploading them onto theirIGTV stories so that you can watch them whenever you'd like. They offer tips on what you can use as substitutes for the things you'd usually need to work out with, using things that most people have at home in their pantry.
They are offering this for free!
It's my hope that this list helps at least one other person stay fit during this unprecedented time in our history. If you know of any other gyms, apps, or programs offering their services please add them in the comments section. I'd love to keep this post up to date with any information that can keep us active.
